What to write to us about
- A wrong result. The most useful email we get. Tell us the tool and the exact values you entered so we can reproduce it. Errors in the underlying maths get fixed first.
- An explanation that is unclear or out of date. Formulas and official guidance change; if a page is describing an old standard, we want to know.
- A calculator we are missing. We would rather add a tool people have asked for than guess.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion — although the calculators run entirely in your browser, so in most cases we hold nothing about you to begin with.
- Copyright and DMCA. Include the material in question and the URL.
Before you write
We cannot advise on your personal finances, your health, or whether to take a specific loan. The tools produce estimates from the figures you type in, and the guides explain the reasoning, but neither is a substitute for a professional who knows your circumstances. There is no phone support.
